การรับรองนิติกรณ์ คือ การที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ประทับตราเพื่อรับรองลายมือชื่อ รับรองสำเนา รับรองการแปลเอกสารต่างๆ ทั้งเอกสารสำคัญที่ทางราชการออกให้ และนิติกรรมที่จัดทำขึ้นโดยเอกชน ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับประเพณีที่นานาชาติปฏิบัติระหว่างกัน

การขอรับรองการแปลเอกสาร Certified Translation
หลักฐานประกอบ
1. คำร้องนิติกรณ์ จำนวน 1 ชุด
2. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง จำนวน 1 ชุด
3. สำเนาต้นฉบับเอกสารที่ใช้แปล จำนวน 1 ชุด
4. เอกสารแปล ซึ่งผู้แปลลงนามรับรองการแปลกำกับ
5. ค่าธรรมเนียม 10 ปอนด์ ต่อเอกสาร 1 ฉบับ (สามารถจ่ายโดย bank draft หรือ postal order สั่งจ่าย the Royal
Thai Embassy, London)
หมายเหตุ
สามารถยื่นคำร้องด้วยตนเองที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ทุกวันทำการ ระหว่างเวลา 9.30-12.30 น. โดยไม่ต้องนัดหมายล่วงหน้า หรือส่งหลักฐานข้างต้นมาทางไปรษณีย์ หากประสงค์จะให้ส่งเอกสารกลับทางไปรษณีย์ กรุณาแนบซองจดหมายติดตราไปรษณีย์พร้อมจ่าหน้าซองถึงตัวท่านเองมากับคำร้องด้วย หรือถ้าจะให้สถานทูตฯ ดำเนินการส่งเอกสารกลับทาง Royal mail Special delivery (next day) เพิ่มอีก 7 ปอนด์ ใช้เวลาดำเนินการในการรับรองการแปลเอกสาร 5 วันทำการ
การขอรับรองลายมือชื่อในหนังสือมอบอำนาจ หรือหนังสือให้ความยินยอม
การรับรองลายมือชื่อของบุคคลที่ลงนามในหนังสือมอบอำนาจ หรือหนังสือให้ความยินยอม ผู้ขอรับรองจะต้องมาลงนามต่อหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่ด้วยตนเอง
หลักฐานประกอบ
1. คำร้องนิติกรณ์
2. ต้นฉบับเอกสารที่จะต้องลงลายมือชื่อต่อหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่ พร้อมสำเนา จำนวน 1 ชุด
- หนังสือมอบอำนาจ
- หนังสือให้ความยินยอม
3. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง จำนวน 1 ฉบับ
4. ค่าธรรมเนียม 10 ปอนด์ ต่อเอกสาร 1 ฉบับ (เงินสด)
หมายเหตุ ผู้ร้องจะต้องมาติดต่อเพื่อดำเนินการด้วยตนเองที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ระหว่างเวลา 09.00 - 12.30 น. ทุกวันทำการ ใช้เวลาดำเนินการ 2 วันทำการ
การขอเปลี่ยนชื่อสกุลหลังการจดทะเบียนสมรสหรือจดทะเบียนหย่า
ในกรณีที่จดทะเบียนสมรส หรือจดทะเบียนหย่าในสหราชอาณาจักรฯ
การเปลี่ยนนามสกุลตามสามีหลังการจดทะเบียนสมรสหรือกลับมาใช้นามสกุลเดิมหลังจากการจดทะเบียนหย่า จะต้องนำใบจดทะเบียนสมรส หรือ คำสั่งหย่าของศาลไปรับรองที่ FCO (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) พร้อมกับสำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของชาวต่างชาติที่ได้รับการ Notarised โดย ทนายท้องถิ่นแล้ว หลังจากนั้นจะต้องนำใบจดทะเบียนสมรสหรือคำสั่งหย่าจากศาลไปแปลเป็นภาษาไทย แล้วจึงนำเอกสารทั้งหมดมารับรองที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ
ผู้ขอรับรองจะต้องมาลงนามต่อหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่ด้วยตนเอง (พร้อมสามี กรณีเปลี่ยนนามสกุลตามสามี)
หลักฐานประกอบ
1. คำร้องนิติกรณ์ จำนวน 1 ชุด
2. หนังสือเดินทางตัวจริงพร้อมสำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง จำนวน 1 ชุด
3. ใบจดทะเบียนสมรส หรือ คำสั่งหย่าจากศาลที่ได้รับการรับรองจาก FCO แล้ว
4. ใบจดทะเบียนสมรส หรือ คำสั่งศาลที่แปลแล้ว
5. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของสามีที่ได้รับการรับรองจาก FCO แล้ว จำนวน 1 ชุด
6. หนังสือข้อตกลงการใช้นามสกุล จำนวน 1 ชุด
7. ค่าธรรมเนียม 10 ปอนด์ ต่อเอกสาร 1 ฉบับ (เงินสด)
หมายเหตุ ผู้ร้องจะต้องมาติดต่อเพื่อดำเนินการด้วยตนเองพร้อมสามี (กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนนามสกุลตามสามี) ที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ระหว่างเวลา 09.30 - 12.30 น. ทุกวันทำการ ใช้เวลาดำเนินการ 2 วันทำการ
Legalisation
1. Applications for document legalisation should be submitted, preferably by hand, to the Consular
Section, Royal Thai Embassy, 29 Queen’s Gate (Basement), LONDON SW7 5JB, Monday – Friday
from 09.30-12.30 hours.
2. Please have the following ready:
For documents issued in the United Kingdom:
Documents must be prior-certified by the Legalisation Office, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO)
at Norfolk House (West), 437 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2AH, Tel. 03700 002244 or
+44 2070 085959 (callers from outside the UK), Fax. 01908 295122
1. The original document(s) to be legalised, certified by FCO (UK)
2. A copy of every single pages including an apostille page from FCO(UK)
3. Legalisation Application Form and a copy of applicant’s passport for reference
(** Non-Thai can omit this requirement)
4. A fee of 10.00 GBP per document is required by cash or postal order payable to the Royal
Thai Embassy, London.
Documents will be ready to collect after 2 working days (up to 10 documents/2-3 working days, more
than 10 documents/4-5 working days).
** Postal service may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the postal return service organised
by the applicants at their own responsibility.
For documents issued in Ireland:
Documents must be prior-certified by the Department of Foreign Affairs (Ireland), 80 St Stephen's
Green, Dublin 2, Tel. 00-353-14780822.
1. The original document(s) to be legalised, certified by DFA (Ireland)
2. A copy of every single pages
3. Legalisation Application Form and a copy of applicant’s passport for reference
(** Non-Thai can omit this requirement)
4. A fee of 10.00 GBP per document is required by cash or postal order payable to the Royal
Thai Embassy, London.
** Applicants residing in Ireland wishing to apply for legalisation by post, should enclose a
self-addressed envelope and bank draft payable to the Royal Thai Embassy, London for the fee of
10.00 GBP per document. For special delivery, please enclose an additional bank draft payable to the
Royal Thai Embassy, London for 7.00 GBP if documents weigh less than 500 grams and 10.00 GBP
if documents weigh over 500 grams.
